We only ship within the United Kingdom so we do not provide delivery to any address outside the United Kingdom
Orders received before 12PM (Midday) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12PM (Midday) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and in most cases, will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. (For remote areas and certain geographical areas delays may occur)
Please note, Royal Mail for business (us) use differing work flows so please be aware your tracking number will not show as live on the Royal mail system until it gets its first scan at a national sorting hub, which can be as late as 11.30pm the same day it was confirmed as dispatched.
Saturday delivery is not guaranteed for orders purchased before 12PM (midday) on a Friday. The delivery will be shipped as ‘next working day’, however this will be subject to your local Royal Mail sorting office who may or may not attempt to deliver on a Saturday.

To combat rising fraudulent activity, we may ask you for additional information such as proof of ID and proof of address to verify your order.
Any fraudulent attempts with the transaction will result in the device you have purchased being blocked/barred/blacklisted worldwide via its IMEI and serial number. Which means mobile data, calls and messaging will be blocked.
The device will also be registered on the biggest database for stolen property.
