Each listing clearly displays the grade and condition of the device, along with any specific details to help you make an informed decision. Additionally, all devices come with either a manufacturer's warranty or our exclusive 6-month warranty, providing you with peace of mind in your purchase.

The devices we offer will be graded into one of the five gradings below:

In order for a device to be classified with this grade it must meet the following criteria:

• The device is a brand new retail device with the box being factory sealed
• The device will have the manufacturer seals on the box which have not been opened. All manufacturers have different ways of sealing their products
• The customer will be the first person to see the phone since it was packed and sealed by the manufacturer in the factory

In order for a device to be classified with this grade it must meet the following criteria:

• The device is brand new but the box has been opened to check the contents (this is a common practice to see the full contents)
• The IMEI/Serial number from the phones box will match the one on the handset
• The device has not been activated/set up before
• The device is a UK model specification
• All new and genuine accessories that came with the phone (in the box) will be included

In order for a device to be classified with this grade it must meet the following criteria:

• The device is in new, pristine condition with the battery health being 100%
• The device may have 0 to 10 charge cycles
• The device may have been activated to test (but will be factory reset)
• The device could come with its’ original box
• The device’s original box may have been damaged so it could come with an exact same genuine model replacement box
• The device could be an Apple replacement where Apple provide a new device under warranty
• The device could be an insurance replacement where an insurance company provides a new device under its’ policy
• Comes with all brand-new genuine accessories
• The device could have a manufacturer warranty or will have our 6-month warranty (we will state which in the description)

In order for a device to be classified with this grade it must meet the following criteria:

• The device is used
• The device is fully functional
• The device is in good condition with the battery health being 85% or over
• The device will show only minor signs of use - minor scratching/scuffing (non-frequent/light), no paint loss. This will be displayed on the specific item listing page
• The device could come with its original box.
• The device’s original box may have been damaged or it is missing, so it could come with an exact same genuine model replacement box.
• Comes with all brand-new genuine accessories
• The device could have a small manufacturer warranty left or will have our 6-month warranty (we will state which in the description)
• The device may have previously been repaired with genuine manufacturer parts

In order for a device to be classified with this grade it must meet the following criteria:

• The device is used
• The device is fully functional
• The device is in good condition with the battery health being 80% or over
• The device will show only moderate signs of use - moderate scratching/scuffing (frequent/moderate). This will be displayed in the specific item listing page
• The phone could come with its original box.
• The phones original box may have been damaged or it is missing, so it could come with an exact same genuine model replacement box.
• Comes with all brand-new genuine accessories
• The device could have a small manufactures warranty left or it will have our 6-month warranty (Which will be stated in the specific description).
• The device may have previously been repaired
