Shipping Policy

We only ship within the United Kingdom

We will not deliver to any addresses outside the United Kingdom

Orders received before 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and in most cases, will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. (For remote areas and certain geographical areas delays may occur)

Please note, Royal Mail for business (us) use differing work flows so please be aware your tracking number will not show as live on the Royal mail system until it gets its first scan at a national sorting hub, which can be as late as 11.30pm the same day it was confirmed as dispatched.

Unfortunately, a Saturday delivery is not guaranteed for orders purchased before 12noon on a Friday. The delivery will be shipped as ‘next working day’, however this will be subject to your local Royal Mail sorting office who may or may not attempt to deliver on a Saturday.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped and this email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will not be active right away, it will be activated a few hours later when it is scanned for the first time at a main Royal mail sorting hub.

Royal Mail will automatically re-attempt delivery on the next working day following a first failed delivery. After this, your order will be held at your local delivery office for collection. 
If you miss your Royal Mail delivery a second time, you can re-arrange delivery or arrange for collection from a post office via the Royal Mail website. Alternatively, you can take your ID and ‘while you were out’ card and collect from your local delivery office. Opening times and the address of your local delivery office will be on the card or you can find this on the Royal Mail website under ‘services’.

Shipment processing times

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by one working day.

Though we will dispatch your order using next working day delivery, please understand we must rely upon Royal Mail to meet their next working day service. Unforeseen circumstances can happen which could lead to a delay in the delivery of your order when it is in the Royal Mail system. The Mobile Phone Hut Limited cannot be held responsible for any delays once the order has been despatched.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The Mobile Phone Hut Limited consider the order as delivered in accordance with Royal Mails online tracking confirmation.

Disputes regarding an order that has not been delivered cannot be brought to our attention when the delivery status is showing as delivered.

Damages

The Mobile Phone Hut Limited are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We will always help to the very best level that we can.
