The Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, released in the UK in September 2024, is the flagship model of the Pixel 9 series. It features a large 6.8-inch Super Actua LTPO OLED display, a powerful Tensor G4 chip, and a professional-grade triple-camera system. It runs on Android 14 and is guaranteed to receive 7 years of OS, security, and Pixel Drop updates.

- Processor: Google Tensor G4 chip. It is built on a 4nm process for improved AI capabilities and power efficiency. It also has the Titan M2 security coprocessor.
- RAM: 16GB. It offers smooth performance for multitasking and advanced AI features.
- Storage: Available with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage options. It does not have a microSD card slot for expandable storage.
- Operating system: Android 14.
- AI features: Integrated Gemini AI assistant, including features like Magic Editor for photo editing, Circle to Search, and Magic Eraser.
- Security: Includes an in-display fingerprint sensor and secure face unlock for biometric authentication.

Shipping
Free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
We will not deliver to any addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Orders received before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a tracked, signed and insured service. In most cases, delivery will be before 1pm the next working day. (For remote areas and certain geographical areas delays may occur).
Unfortunately, a Saturday delivery is not guaranteed for orders purchased before 12noon on a Friday. The delivery will be shipped as ‘next working day’; however, this will be subject to your local Royal Mail sorting office who may or may not attempt to deliver on a Saturday.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- You must tell us that you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@themobilephonehut.co.uk and requesting a return (please remember to include your order number to help us process your return).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- New/sealed devices must be returned with the seals/cellophane wrapper intact in order to receive a full refund, if this is not the case then a deduction will be made from any refund based upon an inspection of the device. This can range from a 15% to 25% deduction.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and we are unable to provide return labels. Once you have requested a return we will email you with our return address, please do not return any devices to any other address than the one we provide.
- If you are returning an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We are unable to guarantee against loss or damage in transit for any returns. We recommend you provide tracking or proof of postage as soon as you have sent the return.
- You may cancel a return request at any time by emailing sales@themobilephonehut.co.uk, if we do not receive your return within 14 days of the original notification the return will automatically be cancelled.
To keep your transactions safe from fraud, all website payments are securely screened.
As a result, we may occasionally request additional information, such as proof of ID and address, to verify your order. This helps us protect both you and our business.
Any fraudulent attempts with the transaction will result in the device you have purchased being blocked/barred/blacklisted worldwide via its IMEI and serial number. Which means mobile data, calls and messaging will be blocked.
The device will also be registered on the biggest database for stolen property.
